Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

This rooftop studio, measuring 46 m² is located in a quiet part of the building and is ideal for those seeking a peaceful stay. The skylights provide plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed (160×200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (compact but with everything you need), and a bathroom with a shower. It is suitable for one or two guests. Note: The apartment is not suitable for elderly guests due to narrow stairs.

Loft No. 9 on the left in the former workshop building of the grandfather. The apartment is ideal for short or long-term stays, located at the end of the quiet courtyard of the Gründerzeithaus on Westbahnstrasse. Exceptional living, a mix of old and new. Skylights with lots of light from above (can be darkened) and unobstructed views of the sky. Infrared deep heat cabin to relax. A location worth living in, probably unique in Vienna's 7th district!

New luxury two-storey Apartment 12 with a new large terrace, overlooking Olomouc and a hot tub. The apartment is located a short distance from the center .. right next to Flora Park. Public transport stop Wolkerova and Penny market 100m. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with a hot tub, a living room with a kitchen. On the second floor there is a cozy bedroom with an electric fireplace. The disadvantage is the 5th floor without an elevator.

The new air-conditioned apartment in the attic offers two single beds - the possibility of preparing a double bed. Includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer and iron. The entire apartment is covered by high-speed wifi. A flat-screen TV is available. Nearby there is the Svatoboj restaurant, groceries, a popular bike path with beautiful nature and one of the best wellness centers in Brno - 4comfort.

My apartment has a breathtaking view, is only 10 minutes walk to the heart of the city center and 5 minutes walk to Eurovea mall with a lot of restaurants, bar and shops only few meter far from river Danube. The apartment has one double bed and one sofa bed. It is full equipped with oven, fridge, big tv with netflix, kettle, wash maschine, iron, hairdryer, etc. There is 24h reception in the building.

The charming loft with balcony is in the center of Vienna, in a quiet area not far away from the Votive church and only 15 minutes walking from the cathedral of St. Stephen. To bus/tram and city bike station only 2 min walking, next metro station 5 min. You can use Netflix with your own account. The 50 m2 non-smoking loft is in an historical style house on the last floor. There is an elevator.
