We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

Findhorn offers life at a slower pace surrounded by warm friendly people and Dilkusha offers easy walking access to the waterfront/local amenities.

The Whisky Hideaway in Craigellachie

Newley refurbished cottage in Craigellachie. Ideally located for the whisky trail this comfortable two bedroom property is close to the Speyside Way offering lots of walking and cycling routes. The world famous river Spey is on the doorstep and with many of the regions distilleries close by this is the ideal base to explore Speyside. The Craigellachie Hotel and Highlander Inn around the corner offer great food and outstanding whisky bars. Please note there isn't any washing/drying facilities.

Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Cosy old cottage, close to Huntly train station

A quiet, end-terrace cottage in Huntly, off the main streets but in easy walking distance to the train station and town centre. The cosy living room is fitted with an efficient log burning stove, and you will find a basket of wood on your arrival. The kitchen is located at the back of the building with access to a small, enclosed garden perfect for a slow breakfast in the sun or an evening drink on the lawn. The bathroom is accessible via a stairways upstairs. We look forward to hosting you!

Kimberley House, Findhorn

Luxury retreat in Findhorn. The cottage comprises two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both en-suite, and a large open plan dining/living space and kitchen upstairs. The property is architecturally striking and has been designed and built by a local architect and finished to a very high standard including luxurious linens and toiletries. Retaining much of its original character the property makes an ideal base for a great Scottish holiday and exploring the quiet and unspoilt Moray coast.

Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. Activities such as Distillery tours, fishing or clay pigeon shooting can be arranged (at additional costs). Self check in is available but hosts are on hand should you require assistance. The Castle Byre

The 'Byre' is a luxury self catering cottage within a former barn at historic Parkhead Farm. It sits just 200m from the ruins of Auchindoun Castle and has unsurpassed views to the castle on the hill. Being of contemporary open plan design, it retains the traditional look of the original barn interior with large exposed roof trusses and natural stonework. Underfloor heating provides discrete background warmth and there is a modern wood burning stove to give an enhanced level of cosiness.

Self contained annexe in the heart of Royal Deeside. The 'bothy' is a 1 bedroom home attached to our converted farmhouse. Downstairs has a spacious fully-equipped kitchen/living area with sofa bed and log burner. Upstairs is a double bedroom and shower room. Just 6 miles from Ballater, and in the Cairngorms National Park, the Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve is on our doorstep with walks and cycle routes. Close by is Tarland Trails 2 mtb centre. Our property has bike wash and storage.
