Ptarmigan - Luxury Glamping Lodge

This is a luxury large glamping lodge featuring a large open plan sitting-dining-kitchen room, a completely separate bedroom with walk around bed and wardrobe and a shower room with a power shower. There is a lovely deck where you can sip wine looking out over horses to the countryside of Strathspey. We are a small horse farm located in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park on the edge of the Abernethy Nature Reserve. We look forward to welcoming you to our peaceful corner of the World.

The Tin Shed, Speyside

Nestled in the beautiful Glen Isla in the heart of Speyside, the Tin Shed is an idyllic glamping hut built in the style of the mountain bothies that pepper the hills. The Tin Shed is only a short drive to the Moray coast with its stunning beaches. Castles, great walks and over 40 whisky distilleries within 30 minutes drive. The local area is also an amazing place to watch wildlife with red squirrels, red deer, pine martens, osprey and dolphins a common sight. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

Situated in the Cairngorms National Park, we are located at the foot of the Cromdale hills. There is an array of things to do; hill walking, biking, fishing (salmon, sea/trout (May-Sept)), wildlife, coastal visits, whisky tasting, gin & whisky distilleries, star gazing, water sports, skiing, or just good old fashioned, simple peace & quiet :)

Osprey Glamping Pod

Bedding and linen all provided, along with the first batch of wood for wood-burning stove, hot tub set to perfect temperature and cleaning after departure. Snowgate Cabin Glenmore

The closest house to the Cairngorm's. Based in the very heart of the Cairngorms National Park Snow Gate Cabin is the last dwelling sitting right at the foot of the Cairngorms themselves. The cabin sleeps two people comfortably, including an open plan living/sleeping area housing a small kitchenette with an electric hob and a shower /wc room. A log burner gives the room a super cosy feel. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners whose property is next door to the cabin.

Couthie Cooshed in the Cairngorms

The Couthie Cooshed is cosy well appointed and is set in a private garden on the edge of fields. This barn is a wonderful place to relax and unwind in the country surrounded by fields and wildlife. It's entirely off-grid allowing you to relax and unwind in a quiet and secluded location. The cabin sleeps two, with a cosy bed in the mezzanine, a shower room, open plan sitting and kitchenette and balcony with spectacular views over the loch below. Dufftown is 3.5 miles , Keith is 7 miles and the village of Drummuir 1.5 miles

The Holt

The Holt is a small wooden cabin situated on the Snow Road route through Aberdeenshire, in the catchment of Royal Deeside and close to Balmoral. It sits within our property but is detached from the main house with it's own decking and private space. Numerous munros and hills are accessible within an easy drive or bike, winter skiing at Glenshee orThe Lecht ski centres, and endless hiking or walking. Ballater and Braemar villages are popular tourist stops.
