Welcome to our newly built cottage in a quiet location with a lovely sea view. The cottage is located 100 m from the sea, where there is a swimming area and a pleasant beach promenade. On the cottage's roof terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Kalmarsund. Mörbylånga C, with restaurants, cafés and a grocery store, among other things, is about 800 metres away. An outdoor gym, a pump track and a popular playground are within 1 km. There is also a bike rental service in Mörbylånga C. On southern Öland, the focus is on nature, including the Alvaret and the cultivated landscape.

The cottage contains three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and one has a single bed, living room with sofa bed and satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining area for at least six people. Fresh bathroom. Wifi is available throughout the cottage. Cot and high chair are also available. The cottage is close to nature with walking distance to Mörbylånga center and swimming areas. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Eriksöre is located about 6 km from Färjestaden south and is an excellent starting point for bike excursions and walks. Many beaches with nice baths are in close quarters. Golf courses such as Grönhögen, Saxnäs, Ekerum and Kalmar are reached within 30 min by car. The familiar Ottenby bird station is accessed by car within 40 minutes.

This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.

During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. The village is located in the cultivated landscape of Southern Öland, which is a world heritage site.
