Welcome to our newly built cottage in a quiet location with a lovely sea view. The cottage is located 100 m from the sea, where there is a swimming area and a pleasant beach promenade. On the cottage's roof terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Kalmarsund. Mörbylånga C, with restaurants, cafés and a grocery store, among other things, is about 800 metres away. An outdoor gym, a pump track and a popular playground are within 1 km. There is also a bike rental service in Mörbylånga C. On southern Öland, the focus is on nature, including the Alvaret and the cultivated landscape.

The cottage contains three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and one has a single bed, living room with sofa bed and satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining area for at least six people. Fresh bathroom. Wifi is available throughout the cottage. Cot and high chair are also available. The cottage is close to nature with walking distance to Mörbylånga center and swimming areas. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Vickleby is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The well-preserved and picturesque village street is an attraction and is counted as one of the finest on Öland. The designer Carl Malmsten founded his school Capellagården in Vickley with an artistic focus. The facility is open to visitors and one of Öland's most visited tourist destinations. There is a café and a shop with nice handicraft products and home-grown plants for sale. Vicklebyalvaret attracts many flower lovers. In May, a sea of orchids spreads out.

Golf courses such as Grönhögen, Saxnäs, Ekerum and Kalmar are reached within 30 min by car. The familiar Ottenby bird station is accessed by car within 40 minutes.

And an English wood-burning stove from Salamander Stove. Dogs are welcome. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas grill, coffee maker, cooler with USB socket for mobile charging. Linen and towel included. Children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge in the company of an adult.

During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. The village is located in the cultivated landscape of Southern Öland, which is a world heritage site.
