The apartment is very well decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is tidy with dedication. It's just like the photographs. Its location is central. Jerónimo was very nice and always answered my messages. It is a very good option in Cuernavaca.

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It is in very good condition and has everything you need to spend a very pleasant stay. The pool of easy access, although it was high season we did not find many people. Water temperature keeps it ideal. The kids have a lot of fun. The condominium in general is very safe and has a couple of good restaurants that help a lot if you don't want to go out to eat. Christian was always very attentive from the first contact. It helped us solve a couple of topics, very quickly and always with a very good attitude. Highly recommended to spend a few days relaxing with the family. I would return with no problem.

We really liked the place because the area is very quiet and safe. We were able to rest and felt right at home! The place is just as it is shown in the photographs. And of course I would come back!! Thank you very much to Brenda for always being attentive 😊

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything to cook and go with the family. The street is a bit noisy from early, that forced me to sleep with air conditioning and closed windows. To heat the pool you have to pay an extra, but sometimes other neighbors do it and you find it in a good temperature. The games room has billiards and a nice terrace and they have a good gymnasium. But the detail I liked the most was that the apartment has interesting books for all ages; so you have a bit of everything.

Luis’s apartment was very comfortable and impecable clean. Access was easy and he kept contact with us when needed. Mattresses and sheets were amazing. The place is located inside a club so we were able to enjoy the pool and the restaurant (which by the way is really good, authentic and provides great customer service).

I really enjoyed the stay, Luis was a great host, they provide very clear instructions. The place is just like the photos, very clean and nice. It's a great plus that you can go into the club to swim, play tennis or soccer, and the restaurant there has very good food.

Spacious apartment with refreshing pool, the old town is within walking distance and we also felt safe on our way home in the evening. Very quiet location, you really hear almost nothing from the street. Rogerio is very nice and always available. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
