There is a caretaker who can help with the various services, etc. No air-conditioning, it has 3 ceiling fans and some table fans.

It is on a cul-de-sac, surrounded by lush vegetation next to a permanent preservation area, with few houses around and where public lighting has not reached (but we put lights on the street).
