There is a caretaker who can help with the various services, etc. No air-conditioning, it has 3 ceiling fans and some table fans.

Because Boipeba is a place with a nearby forest, we bear the consequence of having to deal with many mosquitoes. The chalet has a mosquito net and also a fan.
