Absolutely everything is together to feel perfectly at home. Communication was fluid and responsive, the welcome warm and quick, the accommodation clean and equipped in a very complete way, the pleasant private pools and beaches, the complex stone and vac as a whole at the top, the walk nearby to Bois jolan too beautiful, the breakfast with the magical birds, the Balaou meals as good on the plate as the view... in short, the dream life😍

Impeccable rental, close to Milenis shopping center and airport. The instructions are clear to get to the accommodation (via waze), take the 1st path to the right from the main street... Nicole is welcoming and always available while being very discreet. I would recommend this place with modern and neat decoration and very well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to come back!

This was our second visit in 2 years and we loved the place just as much as the first time. Wonderful location, nicely furnished, spacious and clean. To respond to previous reviews, the elevator was working during our stay and while the water outages did happen every other night (see the SMGEAG website), the water tank was enough for the 4 of us to not notice (we showered before 8pm just to be sure). We had a great time, thank you again!

Very nice very comfortable house whose common areas are all open by large doors on a large furnished terrace adjacent to a beautiful large pool. Really wow! Very clean and well-appointed house inside and out. Nice welcome by the Concierge who is very available and attentive to our comfort and is very generous with advice and suggestions. Located near the beautiful beach of light grapes. Well located for large sales areas (Carrefour and Monoprix).

We had a lovely stay at Charlene's, the house is very nice to live in, very well equipped for adults and children. It is ideal for a family with young children. We enjoyed all the little touches. We recommend this listing without hesitation

Large house with garden in the quiet of a cul-de-sac with very little traffic. The location in Lamentin is ideal for exploring the whole of the two Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre islands. Fully equipped, we found what we had forgotten in our suitcases. The kitchen is also well equiped for cooking. The bedrooms all have air conditioning. Morena is a respectful and welcoming host. We had a wonderful stay!

Thank you for this rental more than as described. WiFi was not provided but was indeed available. Great value in a peaceful neighborhood in a friendly neighborhood.

Simply amazing place. Beautiful villa, which besides being very clean is very functional. From the decor, to the quality of the amenities to the layout, everything is well studied and you have everything you need. Host Tessy and her husband we didn't see are very welcoming responsive and proactive, really adorable we can't do much better. We had Didier on site who takes care of the house in their absence and who is great too and is good advice on what to do or eat around and who is there to respond to the slightest request. Naturally, I highly recommend this property and these hosts.

Our stay at Thierry and Ghislaine's was more than a perfect one! They are extremely warm while respecting privacy. Every little detail is thoughtfully designed. The common areas also allow for great encounters with other tenants (only one more place). We warmly recommend this place, this place completely in the nature and very charming. Émilie welcomed us dynamically and warmly! Émilie is very invested The place meets all the amenities we've enjoyed. It's very complete, there's nothing lacking. We highly recommend it! And the place is nice with access to the pool and on the beach next to a restaurant called the Ti Coco which offers simple but effective breakfasts for a start to stay.

The accommodation was well located and as described in the description, i.e.: charming, clean and well decorated. during the stay we had a problem with the electricity and the Airbnb manager was very helpful and available. We greatly appreciated it. Only small point: we would have liked to have been notified as soon as we arrived that we had to provide toilet paper and dish soap ourselves. All of us, great stay. We are very satisfied with the accommodation.

Great apartment, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The pool is huge and great for a little relaxing swim. Beautiful “exclusive” beach with good snorkeling. Restaurant on site very good. We had an amazing week at Valerie's place. The residence is exceptional: from the first day, in the early morning we went to lunch on the beautiful beach of the residence and saw hummingbirds and pelicans! What happiness. The apartment is halfway between the pool and the beach (50 m to go to one side or the other!). The pool is also very nice: never crowded, huge and the hours (9am/10pm) are appreciated when you come home late and you want to do a few laps. Finally, the most exceptional is the welcome of Valerie and Marie-Annick who oversees arrivals and departures. Valerie had planned to delight us on the evening of our arrival and for breakfast. This is the first time we have been welcomed in this way, it's a real joy. She also cared about our well-being in the week, but how not to be well when you're in paradise!!! Thanks again for an unforgettable week 🥰
