The Cottage is the entire first floor of the Carriage House that is original to the property with all the lovely historic charm. The perfect getaway for anyone wanting to experience downtown and HGTV’s Home Town!

Newly remodeled, garden tub, swimming pool, fenced back yard, back patio with, fire pit, outdoor furniture, Sunbrella patio umbrella, very, nice. Please note Tuesday and Friday there will a pool service coming by to clean the pool, and once a month the lawn mowing service comes by as well as the pest control service, ALSO, ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD MUSIC OR WILD PARTIES, THIS IS NOT A PARTY PAD!
