Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

The house is located in Mossbystrand about 12 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop with good connections is 100 meters away, which will take you all the way to Trelleborg or Ystad. The apartment is 1 km from Hotel Mossbylund

You'll have easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Cozy living room with sofa and behind a half wall hides a 120 bed. Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and dryer. Hair dryer and fridge. Heated floors throughout. Coffee and tea are available and can be easily fixed with the kettle. Towels and bed sheets are included. There is the possibility of making the sofa into a bed if you think it will be too crowded for 2 people in the bed. Sheets are in the bathroom cabinet.

An Electric car charger are available at the parking lot for a fee. a camera is facing the driveway, not indoors.

This place is close to Malmö airport/ Sturup, the nature, the ´Vismarslöv Café & Bagarstuga´, the lakes for swimming and fishing and the countryside life. You’ll love this house because of the views, the outdoors space and the calming ambiance. Our home is good for nature lovers & couples. Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
