Take a morning swim from the private jetty or take the boat on a fishing trip. In the garden, there is a hot tub that is warm all year round. 6 km away is the summer town of Motala, with one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches.

A newly built (2019) cottage with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and WiFi Large plot with large terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a nice barbecue area. Parking for several cars outside the house. Electric car charger available. Close to Vättern (the lake) and several swimming areas around the area. Nice hiking trails are nearby, Östgötaleden goes through the area. 10 km by car to the nearest store 20 km to Ica Maxi Motala. No smoking or pets in the cottage

Here you live simply but fabulously. The cottage is off-grid but with practical solutions for a comfortable stay. Tourist attractions such as the Göta Canal, the Nordic region's largest inland swimming area and Bergs locks are close by. Borensberg (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike) offers swimming areas, mini golf courses, cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, interior design stores, good public transport and pharmacies. Upon your arrival, we welcome you and go through all the practicalities that come with an off-grid home. Welcome!

A modern villa with a lake plot, large private dock, hot tub and sauna. Fantastic views of Lake Boren where the canal boats pass by. Just as cozy in summer as in other seasons. Good fishing in the lake. Basement house where the upper floor has an integrated kitchen and living room for socializing with panoramic lake view and toilet. The lower floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry room and living room/TV room. On the property, there are also two smaller cottages with a guest room in each, bathroom (not winter time) and sauna.

Fishing in Vättern, crayfish fishing during the season. Explore hiking trails, pick mushrooms and berries. The cottage accommodates 4 people, has a living room with TV, sofa bed, small kitchen and three beds upstairs. Balcony with lake view, terrace with barbecue grill. Access to the community's sauna and barbecue areas. Midsummer celebration at the marina.

Northern Lake Vättern Archipelago

On a hill overlooking northern Vättern's beautiful archipelago is our modern, newly built holiday home with roof terrace and large wooden deck. Here a slightly larger group/family can find recovery with proximity to both water and forest but still it is only 10 minutes by car to the beautiful little town of Askersund. Many appreciate the opportunity to include a boat and SUP boards to get out on Lake Vättern and visit the islands. In the house there are two workplaces, wifi (fiber connection) is included.

Charming, traditional cottage from 1926, with your own beach and sauna. Amazing sunset and view over the lake Vättern. Nice fireplace to relax in front of with a lovely dinner. Perfect for a holiday or just change of working environment. Wonderful nature paths right outside. 5min to the nearest grocery store. Close to Motala city with its harbour and locks. 20 min to the medieval town of Vadstena for beautiful history and shopping. Visit Medevi brunn and nature reserves like Omberg and Tåkern.

On a ridge overlooking the beautiful archipelago of northern Vättern lies our modern, newly built holiday home with large social areas and a fantastic ceiling height with nice light inclusions. Here, a slightly larger group/family can find recovery with proximity to nature, yet it is only 10 minutes by car to the beautiful small town of Askersund. Tiveden National Park is close to Harjebaden's long sandy beach. The house was ready in autumn 2018 and has all amenities.

Cozy little cottage beautifully located near the Varamon beach in Motala. The cottage is newly built and is only 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach. Nice decking around the cottage and possibility to barbecue. Parking space is included right outside. Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented for a fee, 100sek/person.
