It is on a lifestyle block in a semi-rural subdivision, half way between Motueka and Mapua, with Kaiteriteri, Abel Tasman National Park and Nelson, not much further away. You will need a car to get around. Fresh,clean,S/C accom with a cute loft style bdrm with queen bed + 2 pull out kingsingle sofa beds in living area. I can sleep a 5th person on a mattress if required but they will need a sleeping bag (MAX 2 NIGHT STAY FOR 5 PEOPLE) The living area has a ceiling fan for Aircon purposes Fully equipped kitchen incl small oven,gas hobs & microwave. Bathroom has gas hot water shower and washing machine There is plenty of parking space, an outdoor area with picnic table in a lovely,rural setting.:)

Modern off-grid accommodation. Our power comes from panels powered by the sun. We have a back-up generator which runs if the batteries have had their power used. Wi-fi + the internet are easily accessible. We have solar heated hot water and we run all the usual household appliances. Two bedrooms: each with a king bed which can be split into two singles. *Please state which bed arrangement you will be needing* EV or PLUG IN HYBRIDS: it is not possible to charge these vehicles overnight.
