Beachfront holiday rentals in Mpatsi

Wir haben 6 Tage auf Andros verbracht. Von der Unterkunft aus ist alles sehr schnell zu erreichen - den Strand sieht man sogar schon von der Tür aus! Ins Zentrum von Batsi sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten, von der fahren ebenfalls die Busse, daher sehr gute Anbindung und Lage. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und total gemütlich :) Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt 🩵

Σε κεντρικό σημείο στο Μπατσί, το σπίτι είναι απολύτως λειτουργικό και -κυρίως- είναι σπίτι και όχι δωμάτιο. Έχει ατμόσφαιρα και feeling σπιτιού. Ήταν η καλύτερή μας διαμονή και πηγαίνουμε στην Άνδρο τουλάχιστον 10 χρόνια τώρα.

Beautiful house in a quiet place. Roosters do not particularly interfere with sleeping if you sleep on the second floor and close all the windows. Sometimes local cats come to visit. There is a beautiful beach, restaurants and bike rental within walking distance.

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questa casa a Syneti e abbiamo trovato la pace, il silenzio e la tranquillità che stavamo cercando. Raccomanderei la casa per un gruppo di non più di 5 persone, considerando che c'è un bagno solo. Uno dei due letti matrimoniali inoltre è alla francese, per cui un po' piccolo, e il letto nella nicchia non sarebbe molto comodo per due. A noi è piaciuta molto la posizione, isolata il giusto ma comoda per raggiungere Chora, il paese più vicino, il Marketi In (il supermercato più vicino) e alcune spiagge. La spiaggia più vicina, quella di Syneti, è molto carina ma è difficile starci quando soffia il vento dal nord, ovvero spesso. In questi casi siamo sempre andati in alcune spiagge ad ovest, come Chalcolimnionas (circa mezz'ora di macchina). Anche le spiagge a Chora sono bellissime e attrezzate. In generale, mi sento di consigliare la casa per chi cerca tranquillità ed è disponibile a spostarsi in macchina.

Je moet wat moeite doen om er te komen want hoog gelegen op de berg maar dan heb je ook echt wat. Een stoer en authentiek huis. Smaakvol ingericht en alle belangrijkste dingen zijn voorzien. Het allerbelangrijkste: het uitzicht en de absolute stilte. Ik geloof dat er weinig plekken zijn waar je dit nog kan ervaren. Dit is er een van. Heb niks gedaan van de activiteiten, zoals eens een boek lezen, die ik mij had voorgenomen. Gewoon “zijn” en kijken naar de bergen, zee en de sterren zijn de grote plus en waar dit verblijf toe uitnodigt. Strand ligt aan je voeten (even de berg afdalen) Er zit een goede taverne dichtbij (15 min lopen). Verder heb je een auto nodig. Als je weg zou willen:) Dit adresje zou je geheim willen houden.

The house is located within walking distance of Syneti Beach and is in a closed residence called Residence Sineti Beach. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained. The house of Amalia and Pavlos is new and very tastefully and functionally furnished. Thanks to a veranda at the front and a patio at the back, you can choose where you want to sit depending on the wind. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds. There is also plenty of storage space for clothes and personal belongings. The kitchen is superbly equipped, besides the basics there are all the herbs, oil and little things you wouldn't expect to find in a vacation home. There is also a mobile barbecue with barbecue tools at the patio. The town of Andros can be reached in 20 minutes by car and should the wind be unfavorable, you can be on the west side of the island in a short time. All in all, Amalia and Pavlos' house is a little gem and we really enjoyed our time there.

Ioannis home was lovely, perfect location, the bus from the ferry stops just outside the home, which is across the road from the ocean. Ioannis is warm and friendly and makes you feel so welcome. The home is spotlessly clean, we had fresh linen after 2nights, a bottle of very nice wine, coffee,tea and so many special extras. The views from the balcony are across the water I would highly recommend staying at Ioannis home. Batsi and the countryside around just perfect the whole experience .

Sehr nette zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, welche jeder Zeit für einen erreichbar war. Der Strand war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist nicht wirklich touristisch, wenige Restaurants in der Umgebung, aber wir haben es sehr genossen. Denn genauso war der Strand menschenleer und man hatte auch den Pool meistens für sich alleine. Unsere Wohnung hatte eine riesige Dachterasse mit Blick auf das Meer, welches für uns unerwartet kam. Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Unser Aufenthalt hier auf Andros war sehr schön, genauso wie diese Unterkunft. Gerne wieder !!

We had a lovely stay at Melisses. It’s a fantastic place to relax with beautiful views. The service from all the staff was amazing - they really made our stay in Andros so much better with local tips on food, beaches, etc. The food is excellent, especially the breakfast. We’d definitely go again. Thank you!!

La casa è molto bella, situata sulle colline sopra Gavrio, con vista sia sul porto che verso ovest (tramonti stupendi!). Nuova, ben tenuta, ben arredata e con spazi comodi per sei persone: un po’ sacrificata la camera singola per il settimo posto, un po’ piccola e senza armadio. Ottima l’assistenza degli host, rapidi nelle risposte e sempre molto disponibili. A metà del soggiorno hanno fornito il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani e alla fine del soggiorno hanno dato immediata ed efficace assistenza per un inconveniente occorso ai nostri amici che erano ospiti con noi nella casa. Grazie in particolare a Dionysis, gentilissimo! Siamo stati molto bene! La consigliamo!

Ενα ομορφο σπιτι με πανεμορφη θέα. Λιγο μακρυα απο τα κεντρικα σημεια κινησης αλλα στις διακοπες δε σε ενδιαφερει και τοσο αυτο. Καποια μικροπροβληματακια γρηγορα διορθωθηκαν με τη βοηθεια της Χριστινας. Περασαμε ομορφα και θα ξαναπροτιμουσαμε το σπιτι αν ξαναπηγαιναμε στην Ανδρο. Σας ευχαριστουμε!

Μόνο καλά λόγια έχω! Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλική, εξυπηρετική και πάντα διαθέσιμη. Την περιοχή τη γνώριζα κι από πριν, καθώς δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που πηγαίνω, αλλά πρώτη φορά στο συγκεκριμμένο κατάλυμα και έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος. Μπράβο!

Wir waren verbrachten zwei Wochen mit unserer Familie auf Andros und wohnten die gesamte Zeit in Keiras Haus. Keiras Haus war die beste AirBnB Unterkunft die wir je gemietet haben. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind genauso wie auf den Bildern. Man ist ganz ungestört und sehr privat und hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Zum Strand ist es nur eine ganz kurze Autofahrt (3 Minuten). Man kann auch Laufen, aber mit kleinen Kindern war uns der Berg zum Haus etwas zu viel. Der Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und es gibt sehr tolle Restaurants. Andros ist sehr entspannt. Es gibt keine großen Hotels und die meisten Touristen kommen vom griechischen Festland. Keira ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und war immer schnell zu erreichen. Zu unserer Ankunft hatte sie schon ein paar Sachen für uns in den Kühlschrank getan und sie hat sogar ein paar Mal selbstgebackene Sachen bei uns vorbeigebracht. Séjour parfait, avec une vue superbe, commerces à proximité et hôtes très hospitaliers. Nombreuses commodités dans la maison et les repas pris sur la terrasse avec la vue sur la mer et le va- et- vient des ferries sont magiques. La plage juste à côté est un plus appréciable. Merci pour ce séjour très ressourçant

We loved Clio’s place from the moment we arrived! - even before, as Clio’s pre-arrival messages & instructions were super friendly & helpful. The house is really all about the wonderful outdoor terrace area (it was parent heaven to be able to send our 2 kids across the small road to the tiny but lovely beach a few meters away), & the superb location within incredibly easy walking distance to a range of great restaurants & also bakeries, and some other small shops (including an excellent ceramic artisan). Inside was very clean & functional - a basic 2 bedrooms, small bathroom, & combined living room with small kitchen. But we spent most of our time on the terrace, in the hammock/deckchairs, eating outside, or walking left to a fun beach bar or a delicious restaurant, or walking right to the lovely small village & another small beach & various restaurants. Clio was full of local knowledge & recos, available when needed (including a flat car battery!), kind to our kids: wonderful!

We loved our stay at Eolia! We could not have enough of the mesmerizing view of the Aegean sea! Suites are modern with great minimal island style decorations, with a swing in the veranda, facing the sunset. The host was super friendly and helpful! Very personal touch, that made us feel like home, was the fact that breakfast was brought personally by the host in our suite and consisted of selection of pastries along with homemade jams from the region. Place was kept spotless clean everyday. Definitely a place we would love to visit again in the future!!

George’s place in Kato Agios Petros, was everything we were looking for. We did a 3 week rental. The organized beach is across the street-2 min walk and has lovely service and food at the Funky Donkey beach bar. There’s a small grocery store with in walking distance and a great restaurant called Giannoulis with home cooked Greek cuisine. With a car you can easily reach Gavrio port in 5-7 minutes or Batsi town in 10 minutes. The place itself is spacious, with a big veranda (you can see the sea but it is a slightly obstructed view). The outdoor shower was the best after going to the beach. Loved it so much!!!

One of the most magical AirBnB's I have ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. Truly a beautiful space.

The view from this place was outstanding ! The parking is really easy and close by. The location is great with many nice beaches, restaurants and two towns nearby. The host was friendly and met us for check in. The place was spacious with two bathrooms. I would recommend this place for peace, tranquility, view and location.

Το σπίτι της Πάολα είναι εξαιρετικό για ανθρώπους που ξέρουν να εκτιμούν τον λιτό και ήρεμο τρόπο διακοπών. Η θέση του είναι εξαιρετική: Στο βόρειο κέντρο της Τήνου, στην Κολυμπήθρα. Μια πανέμορφη παραλία, οργανωμένη επαρκώς, για λάτρεις της απλότητας και του σεβασμού στη φύση. Δεν έχει μπιτσόμπαρα -ευτυχώς- δεν έχει θαλάσσια σπορ -ευτυχώς- δεν έχει μουσικές και οχλαγωγία. Έχει συμπαθητικές ομπρέλες, μια καντίνα, ναυαγοσώστη, δύο μαγαζάκια και πολύ χώρο για τη δική σας ομπρέλα ή ψάθα. Συγκεντρώνει οικογένειες και στη διπλανή παραλία -3 λεπτέ με τα πόδια- σέρφερς και πολλούς κολυμβητές, δίχως όμως καμιά παροχή -ευτυχώς- εξόν μια μικρή καντίνα, διότι αποτελεί βιότοπο. Το σπίτι είναι σε υψωματάκι, με τέλεια θέα. Το βράδυ ακούς μόνο το κύμα και βλέπεις τα αστέρια. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο: κουζινικά, καθαριστικά, ηλεκτρική σκούπα, κλινοσκεπάσματα, κλπ. Έχει μικρή βεράντα στο ισόγειο και μεγάλη στον πρώτο όροφο. Διαθέτει δύο τουαλέτες και μπορεί άνετα να φιλοξενήσει μια οικογένεια με δυο παιδιά ή και μια παρέα νέων. Ουσιαστικά, η κρεβατοκάμαρα είναι μία, στον πρώτο όροφο. Στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο βρίσκεται ένας μεγάλος καναπές- κρεβάτι, πολύ βολικός. Η δική μας παρέα αποτελείτο από ένα ζευγάρι και μια μητέρα με το κοριτσάκι της. Βολευτήκαμε πολύ καλά. Το νερό είναι αρκετό, το σπίτι έχει σκαλιά, οι δύο όροφοι ξεχωρίζουν με εσωτερική πόρτα και είναι τέλειο εάν έχετε κατοικίδιο, διότι υπάρχει εσωτερική μικρή αυλίτσα για να το αφήνετε. Δεν υπάρχει τηλεόραση-ευτυχώς- έχει εξαιρετικό wi-fi, μεγάλα και βολικά τραπέζια, αρκετά βιβλία και αποθηκευτικούς χώρους και στους δύο ορόφους. Τα πράγματά μας δεν ήταν μέσα στη μέση των δωματίων. Εκτός από τις ντουλάπες, πάνω και κάτω, υπήρχαν καλόγουστες κρεμάστρες και πολλά ντουλάπια. Λάστιχο και νερό εξωτερικά κλπ. Δίπλα, 3,5 km, στην πανέμορφη Κώμη και στα καθολικά χωριά της Τήνου, κοντά στον Βώλακα. Εάν επιθυμεί κάποιος ήσυχες, ποιοτικές διακοπές παρέα με τη θάλασσα, τα βιβλία του, τους αγαπημένους του, είναι εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα. Το ταβερνάκι δίπλα, Βικτώρια, είναι πολύ συμπαθητικό και σε απόσταση 5-8 km βρίσκονται εξαιρετικά εστιατόρια (στην Τήνο δεν ξέρεις πού να πρωτοφάς καλά). Να το προτιμήσετε, η Πάολα είναι εξυπηρετική, ουσιαστική, βοηθητική, διακριτική.

Malli ist ein Juwel, wir fanden es unglaublich schön und bezaubernd dort. Die malerische Bucht war beinahe nur für uns und für einige griechische Familien. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht findet sie dort. Man muss mit einer kilometerlangen Serpentinenstraße rechnen, vorbei an steilen Stellen (ehemaliger Marmor Steinbruch), aber eine traumhafte Natur, bizarr und wie aus einem science fiction film. Man muss sich aber sehr konzentrieren und sehr langsam und vorsichtig fahren. Der Einstieg ins hellblaue herrliche Wasser ist teilweise steinig und rutschig, man sollte Wasserschuhe mitnehmen. Für Kinder ist das Wasser toll, da es keine Strömung gibt, das Wasser ist freundlich und ruhig. Der starke Tinos Wind ist in Malli zu spüren , haut manchmal stark klopfend gegen das Haus, aber er kühlt, und wir waren dankbar für den Wind. Das Haus war perfekt, die Terrasse traumhaft schön , die Betten sehr gemütlich,.. Nicole war wunderbar liebevoll und großzügig .. immer erreichbar.. ich komme wieder !!!
