This housing is located in a house that is an architectural monument. The house was restored a couple of years ago and its architecture retains all the flavor of ancient Tbilisi courtyards. These are separate apartments on the ground floor overlooking a quiet courtyard. The property has its own entrance, separate mini kitchen, private bathroom and a wonderful balcony. Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Cozy apartment, in vintage style, is located in Old Tbilisi, on the third floor in Tbilisian yard, near from Freedom square. Apartment is on -8 minute walk from subway and bust stations. Any interesting part of the city can be reached on foot and is really close from our place. Everything is near: Theatre and Opera buildings, old churches, museums, cafes and restaurants.

The room with a balcony is located in the city center, in 100 meters from Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Historical monuments, banks, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and playgrounds for children are very close to the apartment.
