The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable for staying. There are also many additional supplies like a hair dryer, Netflix on TV and towels, so it was really comfortable and pleasant to spend time here The apartment is located in the central district of the city (about 10-15 minutes by foot to most popular tourist destinations), but it is really quiet and safe here. Also there are many 24/7 shops nearby, so it was convenient Alex is a great host — helped us with everything and responded really quickly, even when we arrived late at evening. Thanks a lot!! It was a pleasure to stay here, definitely highly recommended!

I can recommend this apartment location - near metro (5-7 min walking), many supermarkets nearby, big fruit and veggies market. not much places to walk around the apartment itself, but thanks to metro you can visit city center in 20 mins clean has heating, so suitable for winter good communication things I would advise to fix - shower head, new one would be appreciated thing to note - there is no actual window in the second bedroom, so pay attention to the photos ;)

the apartment is located in the very center, all attractions are within walking distance. The apartment itself is small, the toilet with a bathtub is very small. 2.3 days is very suitable. I stayed at this beautiful Airbb in Tbilisi for 4 days and absolutely loved it. The space was bright, spacious, and impeccably clean—perfect for a relaxing vacation. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, but still very walkable, with easy access to everything I needed. The balance of peaceful surroundings and convenience made my stay incredibly enjoyable. Breathtaking view of the nature from the comfort of bedroom. Amazing host Manana. Her house is almost new & very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Very near to the center of Kazbegi. We loved that house & surroundings. Host Manana tried her best to make us comfortable on every aspects.

We had a great time in Stepantsminda, the room was great and the host was kind and helpful. We also got to try some homemade wine and chacha. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Stepantsminda!

The room was very clean. The communication was great. The check in was really good because Khatuna was waiting for us with the key even though it was 9pm so after a long travel it was nice not to look for an address or doors. We had a change of towels after 2 nights which is very good as it feels fresh. There was a hair dryer in the building but at the moment i wanted to use it - it was occupied so Khatuna provided me another one. There was a shared table with cutlery, kettles and plates which is very good as we didnt have them with us so there was no problem with making something to drink or eat. We had a really nice stay, especially that the guesthouse is almost in the centre of Stepancminda.
