The apartment was fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy a variety of cuisines. I especially recommend Salty for coffee. One of the highlights is its proximity to Park Mziuri, just a 9-minute walk away. The park is perfect for a leisurely stroll or some outdoor relaxation. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing apartment in New Gudauri. Nicely designed having parquet floor (makes difference at winter), fully equipped kitchen, heavenly comfy bed and all of that like 5 minutes away from the lifts. I have been to 2 different similar apartments where my friends stayed and I should say La's apartment was way ahead. Also La was fast responding and supportive at all times.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is incredibly cozy, with a stunning panoramic view from the window. The mattress is super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day in the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, making it easy to cook meals at home. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the main ski lift and the best restaurants in New Gudauri. At the same time, it’s in a quiet and peaceful area, about 500 meters away from the bustling spots, which makes it an ideal place to relax. One of the best features is the cozy little sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing or snowboarding. The apartment is warm and well-heated, and there’s plenty of hot water—everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. If I return to Gudauri, I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s very quiet and fully equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. Parking was always available, which was a big plus. The host, Mariami, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my stay. The apartment was spotless and smelled very clean. The location is fantastic, with everything you need just around the corner. This was my first time renting an Airbnb, and I had a great experience—I will definitely try it again!

Victoria was very friendly and supportive when needed. The house was clean, and it was one of four rooms, with the washing machine and microwave in a shared space, but otherwise it was self-contained in the room. The nearest supermarket and bus stop are about a 15-minute walk, and you can go to the city from there, so there is no problem. The surrounding environment is quiet at night, but there are many dogs on the road, so people who are not good with dogs may want to take a car. Thank you!

The flat was clean, comfortable,very romantic. The windows are very high and location is a bit far from Old Tbilisi area or city centre. However we enjoyed our stay in this apartment and we definitely recommend it!

Awesome apartment with an awesome host! My parents stayed in this apartment, and they say it's the best rent apartment they've ever been to. Everything is tidy and clean, all amenities are in place, the apartment is very cozy, bright and warm, and it's quiet at night. The view from the balcony is terrific. Tea is very responsive and hospitable. The building is conveniently located close to the city center, railway and metro stations, and there is a trading center nearby too. I had the most incredible stay at this chalet in Gudauri! The location is absolutely perfect—literally just steps from the gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing right from the doorstep. The chalet itself is beautifully designed with modern amenities and cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The living room has a stunning view of the mountains, and the large windows let in so much natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals after a day on the slopes. Our host was exceptional—responsive, welcoming, and very helpful with local recommendations. The entire experience was seamless, from check-in to check-out. Great place to stay in Georgia! The apartment is located in the city center, making it easy to get around on foot. Mziko is an amazing host—very kind and supportive. The apartment had everything needed for a long stay, and the complimentary tea and coffee were a lovely touch. It's also close to the conservatory, so you can enjoy the sound of musicians rehearsing right from home, which was a beautiful experience.

Lovely apartment in a very nice area with two big cool parks! A kitchen convenient for cooking, a beautiful balcony overlooking a cozy courtyard and mountains, a comfortable table (which is also convenient for working with a laptop), a lot of light!! Mamuka’s place was a terrific experience Nice views , great location, and he has set it up really well with literally everything you need (toiletries , bath robe, towels , etc) … it’s basically hotel quality how it’s set up There is also a 24 hr grocery store right in front of the building which is superior convenient for getting whatever you need Nice gym in basement (though you pay separately) so you can go without having to walk outside in freezing winter Overall just terrific , can’t imagine what more you can want for stay in tbilisi

Good and comfortable apartment. Kirill was easy to communicate and responded very promptly to questions/messages. Check in was easy, although I've arrived one day before planned date Kirill managed to arrange everything within 2 hours before my arrival.

The apartment has high ceilings, a great view, and big windows, the bathroom is right next to the bedroom and is gorgeous. The kitchen has everything you need and the couch is comfortable and cozy. I fell asleep on there multiple times. The TV is perfect, with a good distance to the couch it felt like a home cinema. The printer is a nice extra, like the tissues, spices, easy to use vacuum cleaner and the all the little details that will make you feel like home. The bathrobe, extra clean towels, bedsheets, and slippers made my stay especially comfy. During my stay there was a problem with the hot water which got attended to right on the next day. The neighbours are a bit loud with slamming the entrance door but this is only during the day time and not the host's fault. Other than this, there was no loud music, no screaming or other disturbances. Everything in the apartment works perfectly, like ventilation, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. I will come back :)

We had a great time at Monica’s place. Apartment is huge and has absolutely everything what we needed for 8 days.

Great location, clean place and really well decorated, felt like staying in someone’s cosy home. Awesome balcony views as per pictures. One thing that didn’t work for us is that bedroom had queen bed with two single mattress that were both very soft and sinking, and so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep.
