The place is nice and peaceful, meaning it’s not a lot to access to unless you have a car. The house is very nice and the location is beyond perfect for relaxation. However, it depends on your neighbours as well - we had one night of a big party going on until 5.30 am next door so we didn’t have a good sleep. Anyway, apart from that the house is very very lovely. Really good for a family of 6 like us to spend quality time together.

The villa is amazing, all of the kids (and Big kids) loved the pool table and karaoke. The swimming pool is just fantastic and is huge, the slide is a great touch. We all had an amazing time.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Nice place off the beaten path to escape with friends and family.

凄く過ごしやすく、回答がはやく、 プールが目の前。 車がない人は移動手段を確保した方がよい。 ローカルでドライバーさんの手配もしてくれました。 家はすごく過ごしやすかった。 炊飯器と調理器具がすくないので、 必要ならあらかじめ確認した方がよいです。 とにかく、ホストの方の対応が素晴らしかったです。 ありがとうございます😊

Korn est un hôte réactif, arrivé autonome, nous n'avons pas pu le rencontrer, monsieur Korn à fait en sorte qu'on est tout le nécessaire, il m'a réservé un taxi pour me rendre à un endroit, il a su répondre à toute mes besoins et mes questions, encore merci pour le séjour.

Philippe and the team is the greatest host you can ever imagine. He made everything wish come true. Picked us from airport, organised food for the fridge, organised trips, massages etc. The house is a great house with all amenities as per the description. We had a great time in the house. Huippupaikka rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä rakastavalle seurueelle. Olimme kahden perheen kanssa Sven Erikin Villalla ja kaikki sujui moitteettomasti. Lähialueelta löydät edullisia ravintoloita ja suurempi määrä palveluita ja viihdykettä on vain 20-60min ajomatkan päässä kohteesta.

We stayed over the weekend and this place was fantastic! Really great, short drive to the pier for Koh Samet, friendly and quick responding host. She was very helpful and even though we booked the same morning as stayed she had everything set up ready to go. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend we will come and stay again! 😊

The place was nice, clean, and peaceful. It had three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and there were extra beds for two people. My family was so happy spending time there. It has a lot of space around the house for kids and even your pets because the place is pet-friendly.

Lovely home with clean, comfortable rooms, a great outdoor space, and loads of space. The host is super responsive, very friendly, and was on deck to help with any local recommendations if we needed it. The area is quiet and peaceful, also very close to stunning beaches. Loved our time there and would recommend.
