Our villa is located in the Esentepe neighborhood of Muğlan. 10 min to Akyaka and beach It is 30 km to Marmaris and Muğla center, 20 km to Koycegize and 50 km to Dalaman airport. Our villa is located in a calm place surrounded by nature. Our villa with a private pool has a jacuzzi and a hammam. Basketball , football, volleyball, table tennis , darts and table football are available in our villa so that you can have a pleasant time. We provide electricity with the solar system, we need to avoid running other electrical appliances at NIGHT to use the air conditioner efficiently.

Our place is designed in the style of a boutique hotel. Every member of our family has put in a lot of effort. At the end of a long and laborious period, a happy and joyful work emerged. Our building has 3 rooms that are entered independently from the stair tower. Each room has its own bathroom, toilet and balcony, and 2 rooms have a mini suite kitchen. The rooms are on the ground floor, 1st Floor and Attic 2nd floor. We also have a room in Bodrum, but we didn't put it on the list We have a pool and a full KITCHEN & dining area by the pool

For the winter months we have centeral heat pump inside the house so you will be able to keep your comfort in cold days. Our garden is covert with many trees and plants which gives you a nice privacy. You can enjoy the day around the pool and have fun with our pool table. Our pools are open between april/november.
