Extremely atmospheric place. Very good starting point to explore the area. There are good restaurants nearby. A place where you can relax, not far from the sea, much quieter than on the coast. The kids loved the cats the most.

When we reached the house with our family of 3 and our dog, Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf welcomed us very warmly. The house was spotlessly clean and very tidy. Everything a home should have, and even more, was available. The house was cool because it was a little high altitude in terms of location and on the edge of the forest. Which allowed us not to be overwhelmed by the heat and sleep comfortably. We didn't feel the need to turn on the AC at all. The garden was quite large and surrounded by a fence. Our dog enjoyed it freely in the yard. The pool was small but enjoyable It was ideal to start the day fit in the morning. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. There was no sound other than the occasional distant dog barking. Our hosts were caring. They often asked if we needed anything. The only address we will stay in when we come to Fethiye. We would like to thank Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf for everything.

We were very happy to stay at this place, Hakime was incredibly hospitable, met us at the airport and helped us get to the place. Also she helped us a lot with buying the tourist cylinders we needed for hiking in Carian Trail, not sure how we would have done without her help. The place is very tidy, cherish, with a wonderful garden, in the very center of the city, there is a bakery nearby, and everything you need. We were very satisfied, we will be happy to stay here again!

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

Nice house, friendly host, everything is in place, everything is in good condition and in very good condition. The only thing to note is a very small bathroom on the ground floor. Well, very small. But in general everything is fine, thank you to the host of the house.🙏

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful and the pool is great. The villa is located on a steep slope and the road access is quite challenging, especially parking the vehicle in the garage but we enjoyed the challenge. It is about a 20 minute walk to the beach where there are numerous restaurants. The walk back takes longer due to the steep incline.

The house is just as it appears in the photos, it is a very pleasant house to have a holiday. We went to 4 adults, 2 children and had a very nice 4 days. Mr. Ali greeted us at the beginning of the street and accompanied us to the house. The house was more than missing. There was an extra large ice maker, filter coffee maker, mocha pot, Turkish coffee maker. All the kitchen utensils were very available, there were plenty of spices. They have a stocked kitchen that you can enter and use as your own without bringing anything with you. The house was big for us, but this also gave us the opportunity to use it comfortably. We went to the beach recommended by Mr. Ali to swim in the sea. Söğüt is a really quiet neighborhood, the sea is undisturbed and warm. Especially in September, the sea at an ideal temperature for families with children thinking about a holiday is never cold. Having a pool of the house was very good for the children, they left the sea and continued to have fun in the pool. There was box game for the kids. We would love to go and stay again, it was just what we wanted, thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

This is a wonderful villa! Very comfortable, cozy, and private, with a nice pool and thoughtful details. All communications with the host were smooth and easy. Absolutely recommended!

We came to this villa for the 2nd time, and it was another great family holiday. Inlice is a quiet village and a great place to relax and disconnect, while being only 10m drive from Gocek with its restaurants and shopping street. The house and the garden are in a very good condition, with everything necessary readily available. The host is very friendly and responsive, and happy to provide local recommendations (e.g. finding a boat for a day in the sea). Thank you Murat for hosting us!

Ms. Çisil and Ms. Sermin, who especially welcomed us, are very friendly people. When Ms. Sermin greeted us, she even made Turkish coffee. The house was spotless, exactly as pictured. All our needs were available at home. An ideal home for families with children. She enjoyed our child's hammam very much, she didn't want to get off. The house was beautiful and professionally decorated. It had a very nice, large, and clean swimming pool. House was sparkly clean. Kitchen had all the appliances. It was in Walkable distance to Yalıkavak marina. Although, walking was safe it was a little lonely. Fatih Bey was very pleasant , friendly and responsible. Whenever I needed help he was there for me with his suggestion from drivers to local restaurants to suggested activities. Overall, I was very impressed.
