Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on 4 korterit ja tuleb arvestada ka naabritega. Korter mahutab 4 külalist. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkenurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250m majast). Atsaare on ajalooline talukoht, mis on leidnud viimase viie aasta jooksul uue hingamise ja mis ikka veel areneb ning uueneb. Erilisemaks teeb selle kohta see, et maist- augusti lõpuni on tegemist aktiivse taluga, kus kasvatakse köögivilja. Kuna talvel köögivilja kasvatada ei saa, siis rendime oma pesakest toredatele inimestele välja.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Delightful 1-bedroom barn with a view

You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place in a picturesque setting. The barn is built in 1892 and the bedroom still carries its historic feel with the hand cut lodges and many well preserved details like the original ceiling. Most of the materials are re-used, which adds to the feeling of the space. A grand romantic view over the fields will give a feeling of remoteness and escaping everyday.

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
