Cosy, historic Cottage in the heart of Mullion

Set within the bustling community of Mullion village, this delightful old cottage is featured on the Mullion Heritage Trail, its records dating back to 1783. With a covered parking space beside it and free additional parking available close by. It has a small, fully enclosed private rear courtyard. Deceptively large downstairs open plan living space, with a multi-fuel burner which is a great place to relax together. Towels and bedding provided. Within 1 mile away from South West coast footpath, easy reach of Poldhu, Polurian beaches & Mullion Harbour. 2 local dog friendly pubs within 200 metres. Other restaurants/hotels are close by & 2 local food stores within easy walking distance. There is a fish & shop in the village offering takeaway or eat in the restaurant, serving very high quality food. Mullion also boasts an 18 hole golf course & welcoming club that serves excellent food. You can even learn to surf at Poldu beach or contact Lizard Adventure for paddleboarding, kayaking or rock climbing & survival skills activities. There are horse riding stables in the village. Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Cosy Studio Barn Close to the Coast

Bian Mor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap on bright days. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
