My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and it was the perfect home base for our Byron getaway. Great new restaurants just across the road and an easy stroll to main beach. Location meant we could easily get out of town on the extremely busy Easter long weekend. Very quiet, private and overall beautiful apartment. Highly recommend!

Tracey was very responsive and gave clear instructions about the stay. The place was pretty amazing as well as it is right in front of the sky tower. The place was clean and spacious enough for couples to spend their time together.

Beautiful studio, the bed was super comfortable and it had everything I needed. Karlee was a great host and I’ll definitely stay again if I’m in the area

For people who want to bring their pups with them, I cannot recommend the Treehouse more. Just a stones throw away from the Belongil Dog beach and within easy walking distance to the town centre, it’s truly a gem of a find.

Look no further as I highly recommend Sally’s air BnB. The location was absolutely perfect. Everything at your doorstep , central and all in walking distance. Views are also beautiful! The amenities and space provided was perfect for us as a family of 3! Sally was super responsive and made our experience so easy and convenient. Thank you sally for having us at your air BnB and being such an incredible host. My next trip to the GC I absolutely will be staying here again. Thank you again!

Simon was a wonderful host. Very responsive and considerate. The house was just as pictured - clean, tidy with exceptional style and unique taste. The small touches such as robes, a variety of tea and coffee as well as local magazines made it all the more personal. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk and the local coffee spot, another 5mins, with plenty of other amenities. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming again.

Pip and her husband were very friendly and met us on arrival, offered to help us with our luggage to the self contained beautiful, private accommodation at the rear of their property. All the little extras made such a difference, fresh sourdough, jam, butter, ground coffee and plunger, bowl of fruit and cookies, such hospitable hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and Pip and her husband were happy to give us local recommendations for the area and nearby places of interest. Such a beautiful garden and our dogs will be sad to leave, they have made themselves at home ! We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely stay again. the location was excellent, walkable to town and the beach without the hustle and bustle of town. the rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and the best super comfy. we all had a bathroom, too! loved the pool for an afternoon dip. we will be booking for next year !

A fabulous, spacious house that was well appointed, very clean & was so thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The fridge was stocked with fresh milk, an amazing selection of tea, a generous welcoming bowl of treats & beautiful fresh roses. We absolutely loved our stay, the only issue was we didn’t stay long enough. It was as a BIG tick from us.

It was a great place for our family to meet for the Easter break and enjoy family time together without the long distance travelling. The home is very spacious, neat, clean, tidy and met all our family requirements. The crystal clear swimming pool and view to the hills certainly was an inviting start to an unwinding and relaxing holiday. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Enjoyable residence and great for large families. Great location if your planning trips to MovieWorld & Seaworld like we did. Also quick drive down to beach & local Broadwater Restaurants. Nothing really in walking distance, so be prepared to drive. Hosts were great & responsive, however there is a rental property at the front of the house that appeared tenanted while we were there, that wasn't explained, so took us a couple of days to work that someone was on the property with us. Overall, good stay with the family in lovely house.

wow !!!wat a wonderfull place to stay . The sounds of the birds and ripling of the water was magical . Enjoyed the bath on the dek. Everything was so welcoming. We are traveling from Holland and are staying in alot of places but this was one of the most beautiful . Thank you so very much that we could stay at your place .

Our stay at summers home was even better than we expected. It was a very spacious home and well appointed. Plenty of lounges and chairs to sit on to accommodate many guests and plenty of beds which were extremely comfortable and a full sized kitchen and Butlers pantry that had everything we required. It was in a good location. You could walk to the beach and many cafes and shops. Fishing rods , boogie boards and surfboards were also there if you wanted to use them. Summer was very accommodating in letting us have an early check-in which enabled us to start our holiday earlier than expected. I would definitely go back to summer‘s house as we all had a very enjoyable time there.

A single Dad travelling with his 15 year old son and stayed at Johnny's Beachside apartment for eight nights. The space was perfect for us. The room was clean, comfortable and felt fresh and modern despite being in an older building, a testament to the care Johnny has put into creating it. The location was just about perfect - close enough to the action of Surfers Paradise but overlooking the more peaceful end to the North. Beds were clean and comfortable. My Teenage son slept on the Sofa bed and reported that it felt like sleeping in a real bed. The big screen TV is also a handy inclusion for the inevitable Gold Coast night where it is just too rainy to go out. Fortunately we had just one of those. What we will both miss the most though is the pair of Lorikeet friends who joined us each morning for breakfast and sang for us from the Window railing. Thankyou Johnny for a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

It was a really nice place, great views and well within walking distance to shops and other attractions. The place was clean, tidy, with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.
