The Nest - Self check-in

The Nest is located in a small Alpine vilage, next to one of the worlds most beautiful rivers, called Soča. It's name comes from the apartments location. It's situated on the bottom of the mountain, surrounded by the forrest, overlooking the valley from up high over the rest of the village rooftops. It's really cosy, with lots of natural light and relaxing sounds throughout the whole day. If you prefer to have birds, crickets and othe small animals for neigbours, The Nest is the place for you!

Garden 13 - delightful apartment in Soča Valley

Newly renovated apartment carefully furnished to make your stay delightful. Situated in a little village just 5 min by foot from refreshing Soča river. Besides the usual amenities apartment offers AC, washer and dishwasher and more. Spacious terrase offers capturing views of the Valley and makes for a great space to enjoy breakfast or drink a glass of wine in the evening. There is one bedroom with its own toilet, sofa uses modern mechanism to transform in bed with its own matress in 10 seconds.

New house freshly renovated during summer 2024, in the small and quiet village of Potoki, located between the Nadiža valley and the Soča Valley. Just 5min drive from the town of Kobarid, from where you can start a lot of hikes to discover the region, do many nature activities and many restaurants, all near Italia, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies, spacious living room, dining room, furnished kitchen… and wellness area with private sauna, jacuzzi. And a lovely river a short walk away 🌞
