On a large and sunny garden plot, this house is surrounded by forest and Bohuslän nature. On the property, there are a number of buildings where the house accommodates 4 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room, toilet with shower and washing machine, hall and lounge room. There is also a guest house with a double bed, which gives a total of 10 beds (extra fee of SEK 300 per night for the guest house)

The cottage has its own entrance, parking and electric car charger. Pleasant garden with sun all day. Sheets and towels are included. We live in the house next door. Cows and calves graze in the nice natural pastures in the summer. If you want, you can buy organic beef from the farm. Close to the forest, Bullaresjön with lots of different swimming areas, Älgfallet, Norway and the coast.

To the popular swimming area Saltkällan, it is only 5 km and to all the pearls of the coast such as Lysekil, Smögen, Hunnebo, Fjällbacka and Grebbestad, it is 40 km, perfect as a starting point for many nice excursions. If you want to shop, there is everything you want at Torp shopping center, which you can reach in 10 minutes by car.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
