Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The Hillside Chalet offers space for 9 people on about 120 m². Stylish furnishings in the modern wooden house with an old wood look make the chalet, which was completed in December 2022, something very special. Sauna, hot tub, electric car charging station, fiber optic Internet, tiled stove with glass front, spacious bathrooms and a modern kitchen leave nothing to be desired in the chalet, which is furnished with a lot of love. Relax in this special, energy self-sufficient accommodation. In the middle of nature - only 15 minutes from a wonderful small lake (Furtner Teich) Occasionally there is an ornithological breakfast... Hiking - is possible directly from the cottage! For example, the castle ruins of Steinschloss and the golf course are less than 1 km from the cottage... It is nice to explore the area by bike. The Grebenze ski resort can be reached in just 10 - 15 minutes by car!

The 51m² living space offers room for up to 5 people - 1 bedroom with double bed + double sofa bed + single sofa bed. You can park directly next to the building in carport number 1 with a height of 1.80m. There are also other public parking spaces near the building.

The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
