Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Murlo

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

Absolutely stunning views and a beautiful, well appointed home! We loved our stay here and found Suzy to be incredibly friendly and helpful! We would love to stay again and highly recommend.

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

My partner and I stayed for a week with our medium-sized dog. A relaxing stay, spacious and well-stocked house and the garden is the strong point! Besides us, our dog also enjoyed it so much. Antonio and his wife are really kind and helpful, always ready if needed Beautiful stay!

Aurora was a very responsive host and accommodated any needs we had. Place was as listed. About 30 min to downtown by bus. Be aware of the last bus back to the air bnb as we missed it and had to buy a taxi back. Overall a good place to stay if you want a peaceful stay outside of the city.

We were a family of 5 with two 20 year old boys and an eleven year old girl. We loved the homely feel of the farmhouse. It had everything we needed for our 10 day break. The gardens and pool were amazing and we loved the two different sitting areas. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all then this is a great option. There are a few nice restaurants within a ten minute drive and the towns of Orvieto and Bolcina were great to visit. We also used the train service to go to Rome which was very easy. You definitely need a car when staying here. Andrea was friendly, very helpful and on hand if you needed anything. Would definitely recommend this fantastic holiday home.

Filippo and Theresa were so sweet and accommodating. We had some travel delays and they went out of their way to accommodate. The house and land around it is spectacular. We were able to take lots of photos for senior pictures for our daughter and landscape photos. Overall it’s a beautiful place

Marco is a great host and incredibly helpful! He gave us recommendations for a few local restaurants and helped us make reservations. The apartment is walkable and ~20-30 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which was a nice break from the city center.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is just off the beaten track and we loved that! Everything is so close by, but the apartment allows you to be just out of the touristy area but yet still in it all! Perfect for a family of 4- and we have tall adult children!

Giuseppe and Margherita's place were one of the best places we've stayed. We were welcomed with a wonderful homemade pie and more. The place were spotless and big. The balconies were a bonus. Very close to the old city.

Mimma’s place is the perfect place to stay in Firenze. It’s maybe 20 steps to the Duomo and very close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. You can’t beat the location and the rest of the city can be reached in just a few minutes. Her home was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was luxurious. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beautiful and spacious apartment, has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The photos don’t do it justice! The hosts are very communicative, hospitable and responsive, we really enjoyed our stay. The arrival instructions were detailed and clear. The apartment is in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the main train station. We hope to visit again!

Giacomo was an excellent host. so accommodating and flexible, couldn't have asked for anything more. His place was fantastic, very clean, even provided snacks. Checking in and out was so easy, he was there to meet us and see us off. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family and I had a great stay! The apartment is close to the center, a stone's throw from the Accademia Gallery, in an area where there is less crowds of tourists. It is a recently renovated apartment, well furnished, comfortable, clean and wider than what you perceive from the photos. There are all the necessary amenities for medium-long stays and Andrea, the host, was very hospitable and helpful. The small elevator is very useful, since the apartment is on the upper floors.

Location is very good and room was clean. Easy to check in and get in. Most of all the host Alessandra was super nice. But be aware that in Firenze(actually most of Italy), there are many mosquittos. Prepare your mosquitto spray!

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic: the beach (even the free one) is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the seafront (Via Italia). Great restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion (but I want to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Friday/Saturday evening, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for rowdy kids and roaring scooters, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that makes voices and noises echo, but luckily Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a bit old, certainly not up to the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

Wonderful stay in Florence, very nice and functional apartment where we felt at home: good bedding, quiet environment, space and room for business, etc. Ideally located 15 minutes walk from the center so quiet. Garage space, sheltered and well protected: a must! Last but not least, we were well received and Nicholle was always available remotely in the second, informing us each time with efficiency and accuracy. In addition, she was friendly and very flexible with our departure and arrival times... THANK YOU. I recommend it ++++

What a wonderful property! You walk in the door and are immediately taken by the frescoes on the walls and the decor. The windows open to the streets below that are action packed in the heart of Florence. Walking distance to everything you could want to see. Lorenzo was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. He did everything he could to accommodate us. I highly recommend this property.
