The overall style is a hybrid of 1870s and 1920s Art Deco to reflect its history. Your queen room boasts a stunning period bedroom suite complete with ensuite. Your snug (cosy lounge) includes the original operational Edwardian fireplace with a modern cupboard kitchenette. The front verandah has been enclosed to create a sunroom with daybed.

We are located a 10 minute walk to Moyhu hotel and cafe and a short drive to many wineries and restaurants in the area. It is part of our home but private with your own access and fully enclosed outdoor area . The photo on the cover is two of our Goldens and one of the guests Golden so don’t worry when you get here and there are only two.

Our retreat gets you back to nature... with vineyard and scrub walks, (accompanied by at least one of our Border Collies), friendly geese, an inquisitive free-roaming peacock, hens, rescued & wild kangaroos, the occasional Koala and a myriad of birdlife. Studio 237 is a modern, self contained apartment upstairs with private balcony. A BBQ is supplied on the balcony as well as limited cooking facilities in the kitchen including convection/microwave oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The pantry is stocked tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc. internet is provided free of charge plus Netflix on smart TV. A washing machine is located under the staircase for use with a clothes horse stored in cupboard.
