Very calm and quiet house of 4 apartments, carefully renovated located between Louise/Parvis/Loix. I am the owner (french and English speaking) and I live at the ground floor. No party in the building. For one or two intimate people, non-smoking, without animals and above all very quiet (like the house). Ideal for intellectual profession. If you like nightlife and plan to come back late, Please book another location. Please, book another location.
