Top location. Brand new & elegant apartment with great canal view. First floor, about 90 sq mtrs. Only 2 minutes walk to San Marco Square and 5 minutes walk to the Rialto Bridge, this spacious brand new and fully equipped apartment has a great canal view and gondolas can often be seen passing peacefully by. Two large cosy double bedrooms (one of them with a small balcony with water view), a generous living area, a brand new & functional kitchen with a dining table, two full bathrooms.

This spacious bedroom features high, intricately decorated ceilings and two large windows, allowing natural light to fill the space. A comfortable green armchair sits beside a wooden nightstand, which is accompanied by a stylish lamp. A vintage wardrobe adds elegance to the room.
