This 2-room apartment is located on the first floor in Viljandi Old Town, 5 minutes' walk from Lake Viljandi. The nearest shop is 400 meters away. Viljandi Castle Ruins are a 10-minute walk away. There are a total of 4 apartments in the house and you must also take into account the neighbors. Behind the house there is a garden, a barbecue corner and a lounge area that is shared. The apartment can accommodate 3 guests (1 extra bed). Parking is free in the yard. Pets are welcome.

The bedroom is designed with wide mattresses. The sauna has a hot tub (without a bubble system) with quickly heated well water and relaxing music. In winter, enjoy a crackling fire and in summer, discover the nearby hiking trails. Ideal for a family vacation or a romantic weekend!

Located in the old town, it is cozy and tastefully decorated, offering home comfort. Bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate extra guests. Fully equipped kitchen where you can cook yourself, coffee machine available. Private sauna where you can relax and relieve stress. Walking distance from restaurants, cafes and shops. Ideal location for exploring the city, located close to Viljandi castle ruins and lake.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

The barn is built in 1892 and the bedroom still carries its historic feel with the hand cut lodges and many well preserved details like the original ceiling. Most of the materials are re-used, which adds to the feeling of the space. A grand romantic view over the fields will give a feeling of remoteness and escaping everyday.
