It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)

Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.

GeinLust B&B is located in a characteristic residential farmhouse, which is also our home. Under the roof of the barn, where there used to be cows, are three spacious B&B flats. We demolished the farmhouse and built new in the old style. The B&B is located under the smoke of Amsterdam. From the B&B it is about a 10-minute walk to the train station and with 15 minutes you are in Amsterdam.
