The old sheepfold has been transformed into a modern guest house for families, located in the scenic landscape of the Gelderse Vallei, at a good distance from the farmhouse. The authentic character has been preserved with wooden beams from 1758 and a partially thatched roof. Overlooking old oaks and a young forest. Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Het is een heerlijke vrijstaande cottage met airconditioning van alle gemakken voorzien in een zeer landelijke omgeving in de ruime tuin van onze boerderij uit 1703. Het heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers, een woonkamer, ruime leefkeuken met alle apparatuur en op de begane grond een ruime badkamer met een aparte waskamer met wasmachine en droger. Op het erf is een puppycreche gevestigd. Het geheel ligt in Eemnes. Slechts 30 autominuten van Amsterdam en Utrecht en de bus stop bijna voor de deur.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
