Chongwenmucun Family

This is the only place in Japan! An inn where you can rent out a nationally designated important cultural property. As it is limited to one group per day, the owner (landlord) will act as a dedicated concierge for the guests (residents). The Kimura family has two buildings that are designated as important cultural properties. Meals are served in the main building, which was constructed in 1699. Guests will be able to stay in an old but new building (an important cultural asset) that will have been renovated by 2026. There are four confirmed lodgings in Japan that use nationally designated Important Cultural Properties, including our home.Of all the buildings, this is the only one that can be rented out for exclusive use. However, that's precisely why you can experience a nostalgic time reminiscent of the past, which can only be found here. For guests staying for multiple days, such as 2 nights and 3 days, we can also provide a day trip to tourist attractions in the host's car.I can only speak Japanese, but I know how to converse with customers from any country using a translation tool.I know how to use words that are easy to translate. I like traveling. I have a wife and 3 kids.I understand the difficulties of travelling precisely because I have a family.Children 18 years old and under accompanied by a parent or guardian are free of charge. We offer a personalised service that can only be provided to one group of guests at a time.
