During the day, to the mountains and highlands, and at night, to the tranquillity of the rural landscape. This is a rental cottage where you can enjoy a sauna, BBQ, and a starry sky. It is recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing time in Azumino and Ikeda-cho, as well as a base for sightseeing in Kamikochi and Hakuba, for stays of one night or more. Conveniently located as a base for sightseeing in Hakuba, Kamikochi and Tateyama-Kurobe.We also cater for group trips, family holidays, and multi-night to long-term stays.The washing machine and bathroom also have a drying function, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay even for consecutive nights. While you can get here by public transport, it is more convenient to have a car in this area. If you are travelling by train, there may not be a taxi available at the station, so we recommend planning your transport in advance. Free transfers are available from Akashina Station and Shinanomatsukawa Station.We can arrange paid transfers to Matsumoto Station, Nagano Station, the Sawando Bus Terminal, and other locations upon request.

A log house villa located in a place that is easily accessible to both Nikko city and Lake Chuzenji. It can accommodate up to 4 people (please note that if more than the number of guests on the day come, we will not be able to accommodate them), and has high-speed WiFi. It is fully equipped with 4 Simmons semi-double beds, air conditioning, and a heater. You can also enjoy movies in the bedroom using the projector. (We have Chromecast, so please operate it from your mobile phone.) It is also equipped with a coin-operated washer and dryer for longer stays. * The washing machine is free to use once during your stay. * Please note that there is a separate fee for the dryer. ⭐We now rent BBQ utensils, which many guests have requested The rental includes charcoal and a BBQ table, but food is not included in the rental price. (Also, I recommend a pot because it gets cold and windy around October) Please let us know in advance when you use it. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example. Surrounded by nature, you can relax and enjoy an extraordinary time. < Winter season November-March > The outdoor bath is closed during the winter months.
