A Tulipán Apartman Békéscsaba belvárosához közel, egy emeletes társasház első emeletén, csendes környezetben található. A vasútállomás és buszpályaudvar, éttermek, bárok, élelmiszerboltok és a Csaba Center bevásárlóközpont pár perc sétára található a szálláshelytől. A sétálóutca és főtér, a város főbb látnivalói körülbelül 15 perces sétára helyezkednek el az apartmantól. Az apartman két szobából, egy teljesen felszerelt konyhából és egy fürdőszobából áll. A szálláshely csak egyben kiadó.
