A 50 m2 studio cabin, modern, comfortable and cozy, located a few blocks from the Civic Center. Its unique location allows total tranquility with the convenience of being downtown with walking access to the shopping and dining area, public transportation, and excursions. Admire the garden with specimens of lavender, English roses, hydrangeas, camellias, and rest under the shade of a myrtle tree.
