Comfortable house with indoor grill, fully equipped for 5 people (including dishes, number of chairs and towels/bedding) Upstairs master bedroom with a double bed and single bed. Spectacular panoramic view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and Cerro Otto. It has a very comfortable double sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor. In winter the house is very warm, it is heated by radiators with thermostat.

An ideal place to rest and enjoy nature. The house is new, warm and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the lake, a large garden and access to the beach of Lake Nahuel Huapi. Car entrance with automatic gate. Deck, grill. It shares land with the owners' house. 6 km from the center and 6 km from Dina Huapi where there are shops to stock up. Tourist rental house (5 C.A.T.)
