The property is located in a residential area, so you can spend quietly and comfortably. Please experience a small Japanese row house. There is a wide dirt floor, so if you are traveling on a tour, you can park your motorbike indoors. There is free parking for one car nearby. If you want to use the parking lot, please contact me in advance. This private lodging is a facility under the new Private Lodging Act. Since we are required to register an accommodation list, after confirming your reservation, we ask guests in Japan to send their names, addresses, phone numbers, and occupations (optional) for all guests from overseas, and passport photos (face and passport number), name, address, telephone number, and occupation (optional) for all guests from overseas. Important: This area is a quiet residential neighborhood. No parties allowed to prevent noise problems. There are two free parking spaces next to the★ building. If you come by car, don't worry. It is a★ three-story building. The ★building is equipped with high-speed WiFi. There is one★ bathroom and two toilets. There is not only a★ washing machine but also an independent dryer. ★All rooms are fully air conditioned. There is also floor heating. ★The nearest station is Daikei-dori Station (5-minute walk) From Daisuke station to Nagoya station, you can access it in 2 minutes without changing trains (It is a 16-minute walk from Nagoya Station to the building) From January 2023, Nakamura Kouyakusho Station was renamed Daiyonjo Station.
