You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

It is exclusively for 1 team of guests (200 pyeong), and you can freely feel the barbecue, cauldron, firewood, and country house space without restrictions. 1) With amenities such as beds, air fryers, coffee machines, air conditioners, and *2 bathrooms*, you can use it comfortably for 4 or more people. 2) It is close to the surfing spot Mulchi Beach and Sokcho, so you can enjoy both convenience and relaxation. 3) You can enjoy pot lid barbecue and fire pit in the private backyard covered by the fence, and you can see the stars pouring out of the night sky in the woods. 4) There is a lawn playground and a promenade around Horyong Elementary School, so it is recommended for families with children. 5) 1 night is good to fully feel the countryside, but *2 nights or more is recommended*. This is a new two-story house in a quiet rural village. The first floor is where my parents live, and the second floor is a loft-style private house that is being operated. You can enter the accommodation through the external stairs, so you can check in without face-to-face contact, and you can freely use the barbecue, yard, stream, terrace, etc. alone~ My parents live there, so they can respond immediately to any inconvenience or requests. Although it is in the countryside, most of the nearby restaurants, cafes, convenience facilities, and tourist attractions can be reached within 20 minutes by car.(15 minutes to Sokcho Beach, 6 minutes to Mulchi Beach, 6 minutes to Hanaro Mart, 15 minutes to Sokcho E-Mart, 15 minutes to Seoraksan Cable Car, 10 minutes to Nakshan Temple, etc.) There is an additional cost of 30,000 won when using the barbecue or pot lid. Charcoal, firewood, torch, and stone are all prepared, so you only need to bring food. There is also a table on the terrace, so you can use a burner or a grill for a quick meal. Netflix, Tving, and automatic login are available on the 1st floor smart TV and multi-layer mini beam projector.

As a convenience facility, it is 3 minutes by car from Ganghyun Hanaro Mart Main Store, 2 minutes from Naksan Branch, and 10 minutes by car from Yangyang City, Sokcho City. You can experience surfing at Yangyang surfing spots such as Mulchi and Seorak Beach. After a trip to the sea, you can relax in a quiet pine forest country house and see the stars that you can't usually see. The bedroom has 3 beds. The kitchen can be used for simple cooking, but please refrain from cooking foods with strong smells, especially shrimp. You can dine at a table for 6 on the backyard deck. Barbecue equipment is available. Charcoal and grill must be prepared separately. Relax with the whole family at this quiet, forest-surrounded, star-solution guesthouse close to the sea.
