The apartment is at the quiet end of the housing estate and has its own parking space where you can see from the bedroom. Comfortable beds 2.20 with slats are placed according to the wishes of the guests. There is a modern practical kitchen, coffee, tea and everything you need. We don't have a TV, but you can borrow books and magazines of all genres or crack crosswords. There is a well stocked shop next to the house. The apartment is designed for guests looking for rest or peace of mind to work. In winter we heat with air conditioning and that's enough, the house is insulated. You set the temperature yourself.

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

The house is located in a small quiet village near the Dalešice reservoir. Lots of bike trails nearby, forgotten places where you'll come across the ruins of old castles, coves suitable for fishing.

We offer an accommodation in a cottage, situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village Horní Lhotice nearby Kralice nad Oslavou. The cottage is fully equipped and provides 3 double beds and 3 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.
