It is a peaceful cabin to relax & enjoy the cool breezes and scenery of the Smoky Mountains.

This magical get-away caters to those with an adventurous spirit. Hike from the cabin to additional waterfalls, bike down Turkey Ridge Road to Opossum Creek Trail and the Five Falls or drive two miles to the Chattooga Belle Farm. The Mateos are 4 small bungalows with eye-popping views of Lake Nantahala and the Smoky Mountains through an 8-foot sliding glass door. Each Mateo has a queen size bed, private bath, ac/heat, and a kitchenette with a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator with freezer, air fryer, microwave, tableware, and glassware for two. The Mateos are not handicap-accessible.
