Pilam is a very special place, located just outside Xico. It is the tip of a mountain, covering an area of 40,000 m2. With a view and private access to a natural waterfall of 20 m/height called La Brisa, and another that on the shores of our space is born, this is called "La Campana" of approximately 50 m/height where sports such as rappelling and zip lining are developed. It has a canyon made of volcanic stones, which with other peaks forms a vertical garden, with a variety of prehistoric plants.

In the Pitaya Valley there is a cold water stream, the Pixquiac, within walking distance; when a wonderful coolness is hot. The house is surrounded by vegetation and very well connected, 20 minutes by car, bus or collective taxi from the centers of Coatepec or Xalapa.
