Really enjoyed our stay at bivis beach flat !! It was a great location to start off our trip with a beautiful view! The town is walkable but also just as easy to take cheap tuk tuk to and from! Would recommend!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! We had a wonderful stay here. The home has all of the amenities you can ask for, has a beautiful view of the beach, and the host was so welcoming, responsive, and super flexible with check in and check out with our group. We'll definitely be back!

What a view!! Great place with gorgeous view to this cozy bay in San Bartolo south beach, you wake up looking at the ocean, the sunset in the afternoon and the lights reflecting on the sea at night, it’s located down on the beach, great stairs for a perfect morning work out and walking distance to restaurants :Salvaje and Juanecu. The host, Evelyn is so attentive, nice, helpful. I will come back next year again.

When I arrived, I thought it was nice with excellent view but inaccessible, until afterwards I came across the entrance of the ceiling, so I think they surprised me more than pleasantly, they have the best of San Bartolo, access to the playita by the lower entrance and by the upper entrance to the city; where everything is and very close, food of all kinds, beach people, lots of good vibes, sun, cold, sunsets, and much more. My mother, 82 loved it, her ocean view from that double door balcony, my dogs fascinated with space, the sea and the breeze, my brother who came from USA in Florida, loved the South of Lima and my aunts also very relaxed, in comfortable rooms, I also happy with the streamings and night walks. You can smell another world, inflate your soul and find peace without needing to look for it, recommend 10/10. I will come in winter as well.

Everything was very good with your stay. The pool very close and accessible, there was parking and the interaction with the host was very good. The distance from the beach by car gets fast, walking longer but it's not a problem to access.

From when it was reserved, until the stay was finished, we always had a quick response from Roiki, the attention it gave and her kindness towards feeling at home. Quiet place, clean and everything in order. Highly recommended.

The house is very well equipped, Jenny responds quickly. If you go with children you have the pool in the house and the pool in the condominium. For the beaches like us, you can choose several playitas by walking along the seawall and if you like to exercise the hike from the house to the beach is perfect for getting around. Recommended !

Cute and spacious house just steps from the beach entrance. My family and I had a great weekend. Madeleine was very kind, she allowed us to stay until after check-out established by a problem we had with our mobility. We would definitely like to come back!

A beach house with everything for a pleasant stay, each area of the house has everything, very tidy I have impeccable, very apart from that it has a very beautiful decoration of the other houses, to say of Roberto, a beautiful person, very attentive, with availability to support the needs that one requires, and always attentive with everything, providing the facilities, I would absolutely return.

Such a wonderful beach house for enjoying time with family or friends. Clean space with everything needed to enjoy it. Internet worked well. Beautiful views. Lovely pool. Would recommend! Don’t forget to break towels :)

I recommend the beach house. It has an excellent location, with quick access to the beach, and common areas such as pool and gym. The house has comfortable facilities, and very well-distributed spaces. The location is perfect for Plaza de San Bartolo, convenience stores, and restaurants. The host of the place was always very kind, helpful and attentive to answer any questions. I 100% recommend the place to spend it with family and/or/or friends.

Nice duplex. Very well equipped. Nothing that is missing from this apartment. Very well located, in a fairly safe condominium, with several amenities and very friendly staff, just 3-4 blocks from the beach and a block away is a market that takes you out of trouble every day. Ideal for spending a few days with the family. Milagros and her husband super friendly, always attentive to everything we needed. Highly recommended!!!

The vistas through all the tall glass doors are fantastic. The floorplan is open, allowing a nice breeze. The kitchen is well equipped. Potable water was provided. There was plenty of toilet paper. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the bay. We really enjoyed our stay here.

My stay at Jorge's Airbnb was excellent! The place has an incredible view to the sea, perfect to relax and unwind. It is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, ideal for both a short getaway and a longer stay. I loved the privacy it offers and the area is quiet, safe and very beautiful, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Jorge was very attentive at all times. Would definitely come back!

We really liked the apartment, you can see that they have put in the effort to renovate and update it, and it has turned out very nice. Very good wifi. The description and photos match. Access is via public stairs, public parking on the pier as described. We spent a few quiet days in the middle of the week, enjoying the view.
