La Bodega (the cellar) de Casa del río is an independent one-bedroom apartment with private bathroom, kitchen and living room, built on a ground floor. The kitchen is equipped to cook your own simple meals (but not oven/microwave). The apartment is basic and minimalist, but it’s also very comfortable and has everything you need for a enjoyable and simple stay. The apartment has views to the valley, a private terrace with amazing views and an independent entrance. You can also use the common areas and the big garden. Please be aware that the apartments do not have washing machine, TV or microwave/oven. If you can’t live without those, this may not be the perfect place for your stay. Phone signal and wifi work perfectly and are quite reliable. Casa del río is the perfect way to scape the noise and experience first-hand living a simple and sustainable life in an Asturias village off the beaten track. The property is ideal for people who want to be away from the noise and crowds, as it is quite isolated and the village of Xio has no services at all. Closest services are a bar/restaurant/swimming pool 10min by car, and shops, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, petrol station, etc…20min by car.

Casa Valentina is located in the village of Folledo, in the Central Leonese Mountain and belongs to the Alto Bernesga Biosphere Reserve. It offers new facilities. A panoramic porch with barbecue, dining room and summer lounge, large solarium terrace and a heated pool with jacuzzi function are its exteriors. The house is divided into two floors. Ground floor: Living room-fireplace, dining room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. First Floor: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Relax in Somiedo

Disconnect from the routine in this comfortable and relaxing little house. Our house is located within the Somiedo Natural Park, in the village of La Peral. The house has an open room that combines kitchen, living room and dining room and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds) and the bathroom with shower. Lots of possibilities for natural landscapes, excursions and trekking surround our warm stay. The small village is very cozy.

This accommodation definitely sounds like the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature! Do you know what Orballo is? It's a very fine mist or rain that falls every morning!!! The activities you can do in the area sound really exciting, and the chance to see bears and other animals in their natural habitat!! 🐻. What's more, the local cuisine seems to be excellent, with the chance to try the famous Asturian cachopo. Definitely an experience!

Each apartment is independent and has its own entrance from the square. The shared garden is located at the top of the house. Before booking, please bear in mind that we're in a small mountain village, far from towns and services. The access is via mountain roads. There's no Wi-Fi and mobile coverage is limited. Our dogs and chickens live at La Rectoral, so we can only accept sociable dogs that are used to living with other animals.
