The mansion is great, you feel exactly at that time and at home! The only issue is waking up to the violin/piano/drum sound from the building next door at 9am on Saturday is a bit disturbing.

We had a great stay at Sarp’s place! He was very responsive and welcomed us personally when we arrived, which was a lovely touch. Communication throughout was clear and easy. The home is in a great location with easy access to the tram and the baywalk. We came as a family with toddler twins who really enjoyed the spacious layout, the big TV, and the large picture window overlooking the park’s playground. It was a comfortable and convenient spot for our trip—highly recommend!

Mr. İlteriş is a good host. We can We felt like we were in the art gallery. We had our stay in very nice paintings. It was clean and tidy and very easy to check in, there was no parking problem. Looking forward to staying again.

There was everything that should be in a house, from Tras foam to the ironing board. Cleaning and hygiene rules were followed. The area was safe and there was no parking problem. I have to say right off the bat that the overall five star rating is very well deserved. Our host, Mr. Kubilay was in touch before the start of our journey. He gave detailed instructions and both hosts were waiting in person to welcome us. Mr. Kubilay was kind enough to help me with the bags to the apartment. The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It is very clean with all the necessary things for a longer stay. The beds are very comfortable and all of us slept soundly. The location is great with markets right down the block. The neighbourhood is very lively and we had a great time walking along the sea front promenade most evenings. We commuted with the tram most of the time with the station a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is a taxi stand down the street and cabs to Basmane train station cost around 250-280 tl. If we are in Izmir again, this would be our preferred place to stay.
