Relax with family and friends in this cozy home located in the heart of Hersby. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a 2-minute walk from Lidingö Center. Spacious house, built in 1936, with 9 rooms for socializing both outside and inside with, among other things, a playroom, several TV rooms and various places for meals. Nice sunny plot from morning to evening, perfect for play, swimming and barbecue evenings. 10 minutes by car you will come to Stockholm city center for shopping or lovely swimming areas with cozy cafes on Lidingö.

The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. Welcome to our guest house with access to the jetty in the best sunny location! Here you can relax in a quiet environment and watch the boats gliding by or take the train into Stockholm and enjoy its range of restaurants and entertainment. Train station is about 10-15 min walking distance. It takes 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. By car, it takes about 30-35 minutes. Free parking. Fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with combined washer and dryer. Double bed in bedroom. Sofa bed for two in the living room.

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?
