Waterfront holiday rentals in Natal

We went in 4 people and spent 10 days in Bruno's AP. I can say that the apartment was impeccable, all clean. To see that it has many marks of use and by the sea some things were worn out, but this did not hinder our stay at all. It is very well located, staying on the second main street of the city, very busy in it has bakeries, restaurants and laundry. LOVE! 9/10

Rilder was very attentive, the fantastic place beautiful and with everyone an impeccable kitchen as well as the whole apartment. It was very nice to have been in this space. I will be returning soon.

Great place for digital nomads. Check in was simple. You get the codes ahead of time and just walk right in. The apartment has a great set up. A/C, washer, kitchen with a water filter, small balcony. All of that makes the stay comfortable. Finally, the location in Ponta Negra. The building is located along one of the main streets, so it's easy to get around.

We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

We had a great experience, the place is very nice, with everything close! We had a small mishap with the water that was promptly resolved by Hilda and Yves, who welcomed us and gave us all support! I recommend this home to everyone!

Amazing and very cozy Flat 206. It has everything, in addition to very comfortable, with a privileged view and great location. Eitaaa that wonderful home. I stayed with the whole family. Marília is a very considerate host. The residence was clean, bedrooms with linen, clean bathrooms, all household utensils are easy to access for use. And with very whim the homemaker came every day to clean the pool. The taste was to stay more days in the house. It was worth our location very much.

The house was super nice beautiful pool. Niele was amazing she took care of us and the family the breakfast was wonderful. Everything was great!

Very good space for larger groups. Very good location in Ponta Negra with a direct access gate to the beach. Large house with very good structure, although the construction is a bit old. My family and I were very well installed.

Amazing stay! The apartment is super functional, well equipped and comfortable, perfect for a quiet stay. The condominium is very safe and offers several leisure options, making the experience even better. I highly recommend it!

Great cost-benefit, the home matches the photos. Location is good, overlooking the beach with black tip and Morro do Bald. Entrance is self check-in, space was clean and organized. Furniture and kitchen utensils are a bit old, but they cater well!

I really liked the flat, complete, comfortable, good location, easy access. Isabela very helpful, gave all the guidelines. It was all perfect and when I returned to Natal, I would like to stay in this flat.

I am a person who travels a lot but I have never been to a place where I have been so well treated and cared for as the lodging of Marisia. Perfect location in christmas , super reliable apartment, cozy, clean, and outside the view that is surreal on the 25 floor . It was my first time at Christmas and I hope to come back many times. Wonderful place, apartment with movie view! Clean Accommodation with impeccable everything. Iza is an excellent host and prepared the apartment with great affection. It was our first time in Natal and the stay was one of the highlights of the trip. I already have a place to stay when you return.
