You will have complete privacy on your floor, with independent entrance through the garage and no access to the ground floor, where the owner lives.

It is also close to the Rota do Sol, where there are several other beaches on the south coast, such as: Pirangi, Buzius, Tabatinga, among others. The room is in a residence where I live. It has a kitchen and utensils, bathroom and even a large outdoor space with space to put a hammock and relax.
