Hillside Cottage

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. From Mid June through Labor Day, Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. We are nestled in the Cape Cod National Seashore. Secluded Cottage style apartment attached to our home; 0.2 mi from Coast Guard Beach, offers privacy, peacefulness, easy access to beach. 2 upstairs bedrooms each w/double size bed. Private entrance. Outside shower. There are fans downstairs; upstairs there are A/C units in the bedrooms.

The Salt Pond Cottage

This is a free-standing private cottage that sleeps 2 comfortably. A spiral staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with a NEW QUEEN size Nectar bed! There is a full futon couch on the main level. The kitchen has everything you may need. The most spectacular thing about this home is its close proximity to the National Seashore. The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!
