Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games and outdoor games, barbecue, etc. Private parking, courtyard and garden. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

The annex, a charming house, close to Beaune

The annex is a detached house located on 26,000 m2 of land, with a shared swimming pool of 12 m x 4 m. It was completely renovated in 2024. It has a total area of 90 m2, including 2 bedrooms of 25 m2 each (2 beds in all), a kitchen of 25 m2, a bathroom-WC and an entrance hall. We offer a table d'hôte menu by reservation. Leopold and I will make sure your stay is as relaxing as possible for you.

Small Cottage in the vineyards with pool

On the outskirts of the Maranges Valley, on the road to Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, this charming little comfortable cottage with mezzanine and wood-burning stove overlooks the gardens of the vineyard-lined property. A small swimming pool with stunning views of the valley is available to visitors. Not suitable for children under 12.
